Before making a return, you must read the terms and conditions to ensure that your return complies with the company’s policies.

Pack the products you wish to return in a box or bag, ensuring they are in the same condition as when you received them, and send them via the postal service indicated by our advisors.
The item must be sent within 15 calendar days if the return is for reasons other than warranty or manufacturing defects, starting from the day the customer receives the product (relocation charges may apply; refer to terms and conditions). Claims will not be accepted once 15 calendar days have passed without objection.
Terms and Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
The company reserves the right to inspect returned products as soon as they arrive, to determine whether the product has been treated according to the specific care instructions and if it meets the return conditions.
SALE products are final sale.
The cost of return shipping for reasons other than warranty or manufacturing defects is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns for products with MANUFACTURING DEFECTS must be sent through the company suggested by our advisors for the shipping to be credited. (Otherwise, shipping costs will not be reimbursed.)
Products that have not been treated according to the care instructions on the garment will not be exchanged, nor will any money be refunded under any circumstances. Each of our garments is designed for a specific size; damage due to improper sizing is not recognized.
The company is not responsible for health issues or allergies that may be caused by using these products.
Our Guarantee
If the item you purchased has a manufacturing defect and you have followed all the care and washing recommendations, please contact us via WhatsApp and speak with one of our advisors.
PRODUCTS WITH MANUFACTURING DEFECTS: Refers to damaged zippers, studs, or sewing defects. Our guarantee does not cover the loss of appliqués, stones, or rhinestones.
LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD FOR PRODUCTS WITH MANUFACTURING DEFECTS: There is a 30-day period for claims related to defective products after purchase. The warranty is only valid with the presentation of the corresponding invoice. Once the 30 days have passed, no claims will be accepted.
Warranty Procedure
If your product is under warranty, contact us via WhatsApp.
Pack your warranty items securely.
Send your package to the address provided by our advisors via WhatsApp.
Our qualified personnel will inspect the item and its condition. A response regarding the warranty request will be provided within 8 business days from the receipt of the package.
Once your warranty is accepted, you will have two options:
- B) Exchange: The item in question will be replaced with another (either the same item or a different one of the same price). If the new product costs more, the customer must pay the difference.
- C) Refund: SA COLOMBIAN JEANS will refund the amount to the account from which the payment was made, within a maximum period of 30 days.
Shipping Policy
The estimated delivery time is between 3 to 7 days; however, weather conditions and/or the holiday season may cause delays.

Shipping for purchases under 150.00 USD costs 16.99 USD.
How Long Does My Order Take?
Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after payment is received and are sent via our courier service with tracking and delivery confirmation.
We will make every effort to ship your package the day after the order is placed and payment is verified. If there are any issues with payment validation or product availability, we will contact you immediately to inform you. Once payment is authorized and verified, your order will take one day to process.
Is My Order Fully Tax-Free?
Shipping costs include handling, packaging, and shipping fees.
Do I Have to Receive the Package Personally?
For security reasons, all packages are shipped with a signature required upon delivery as a protective measure to prevent loss. However, it is not necessary for you to be present; someone over the age of 21 can receive it on your behalf.
